Promotional benefits will vary depending on the size of the sponsorship package and the venue sponsored. Below is a listing of some of the potential promotional benefits:

• Tickets, VIP Parking Passes: Mutually agreed-upon number of complimentary State Fair tickets, VIP Parking Passes for employee, client use.

• Category Exclusivity: Capture our visitors' undivided attention.

• Promotional Rights: Develop effective promotions in conjunction with the State Fair of Texas (i.e. admission discount programs).

• On-Site Signage: at your sponsored venue.

• 24 Days of Targeted Sampling & Display (additional fee may be required): Outdoor exhibit space can be arranged for your company to display and sell products, sample, distribute literature, conduct consumer research, solicit product feedback and build your database.

• State Fair Official Visitor Guide: Information about sponsored event included in Guide and, if applicable, show times listed in Daily Events Calendar within the Guide (600,000+ distributed at gates and information booths).

• McDonald's State Fair Trayliners & Bagstuffers: Major attractions and their sponsors enjoy featured positioning on McDonald's State Fair trayliners (750,000) and bagstuffers (1 million).

• Newspaper Advertising Campaign: Logo inclusion in State Fair ads placed in The Dallas Morning News and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

• Web Site (BigTex.com): Hot link, logo identification and information about your sponsored attraction at State Fair official web site BigTex.com.

• State Fair Master Calendar: Listing on State Fair master calendar used for media assignments. Distributed to all D/FW media outlets.

• Big Tex Mentions: Daily mentions by Big Tex (the 52 foot tall symbol of the SFT, the world's tallest talking cowboy and a widely-recognized Texas icon).

• In-Park Electronic Billboards: Identifications of sponsor, show and times throughout each day of the fair.
