TOP O' TEXAS TOWER |
The center point of the 2013 State Fair will be the installation of the new “Top of Texas Tower.” This new Dallas landmark will soar nearly 500-feet in the air (the Texas Star Ferris Wheel is 212-feet). The “Top of Texas Tower” will also be a ride that will carry over 100 passengers at a time in a revolving, glass-enclosed, air conditioned seating area. At 500-feet, fair visitors will enjoy a breathtaking, 360 degree view of Dallas. The ride/attraction will be equipped with a $1 million LED lighting package that will be a show of its own, set to music. The sponsor name will be highly visible on the LED panels at the apex of the tower. An incredible branding opportunity. |

Illuminated nightly parade boasts spectacular floats with animation and dazzing costumes, plus lots of State Fair favorites. This year's Fair celebrates the return of Big Tex and more than 125 years of food, fun and timeless traditions. The evening parade is one of the great traditions. Free each evening at 7:15 p.m., the parade provides an opportunity for name placement on each float. Opening day festivities include a downtown Dallas parade. |
FAIR TRANSPORTATION |
The State Fair operates 12 tram units to transport fair visitors. The trams are primarily used to transport visitors to and from the gates to the parking areas. When in-park crowds permit, the trams will operate visitors inside the grounds. Each tram unit has high-visibility signage placed on top of each tram car, so each tram serves as a rolling billboard. If the sponsor has a destination inside the fairgrounds to promote, the trams are an excellent traffic driver. |
FOOD COURT |

Outdoor, bleacher-seating gives everyone a bird’s eye view of thrilling, live performances by the official USMC Band from Washington D.C. SENIOR DAYS |
Seniors 60+ are admitted free to the fair on the three Thursdays. It is communicated to the public that free admission on these days is compliments of the sponsor. Sponsors also have the option to staff the entry gates, so the seniors will pick up their tickets from the sponsor's representatives. This helps to establish goodwill with the seniors and it allows the sponsor the opportunity to interact with the seniors and provide literature, carry bags, and product samples. |
SAFE KIDS PROGRAM |
Ideal for any business concerned with children and families. The ID Wristbands provide the sponsor with 100,000+ impressions and the sponsor name is included on a sign located above the door to the Corral.
