Food and Fiber Building
Texas Department of Agriculture - Food and Fiber Building
The Food and Fiber Pavilion is a 25,000 square foot pavilion located in the heart of the State Fair of Texas. The pavilion is used to educate the public about the valuable resources and the diverse industry of Texas agriculture and includes two GO TEXAN stores selling Texas-made products, educational and entertaining events, interactive exhibits and GO TEXAN member product sampling. The Food & Fiber Building is open daily 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Friday - Sunday; 10:00 AM 9:00 PM Monday through Thursday throughout the run of the Fair.
