Auction Committee
The Auction Committee is a fundraising group supporting the Youth Livestock Auction of Champions and the State Fair of Texas Scholarship Fund. This Committee, manned totally by volunteers, dedicates their time and energy toward supporting the Leaders of Tomorrow. Whether their support is gathered from individuals, or major corporations, the goals are the same - to help support the youth of Texas. Dollars raised from their contributions pay the premium purchase prices to the 4-H/FFA participants who qualify for our live auction sale (approximately 250 exhibitors); excess dollars raised flow directly to the Scholarship Fund where each year, scholarships are awarded to high school seniors from around the state who have participated in our livestock/ag-related shows/contests and to applicants from the four Dallas high schools in the Fair Park vicinity.

RAFFLE Committee
The Raffle Committee, is a sub-committee also supporting the Youth Livestock Auction of Champions and the State Fair of Texas Scholarship Fund. This volunteer Committee solicits items from local businesses to offer as prizes for a raffle opportunity, and then sells the tickets for $1 each.
