Freight Unloading
Move-in of exhibit properties can begin on Thursday, September 20. If an earlier move-in is required please contact Show Management @ (214) 421-8728 or email at kpound@bigtex.com
Vehicle Move-in
Some vehicles may be placed in exhibit space as early as Tuesday, September 26. However, we ask you not to block access to the Automobile Building until we have all display properties inside the building and empty containers removed. Displays should be ready by 6 P.M., Wednesday, September 28.
PRESS DAY IS THURSDAY, SEPT. 29
The Fire Dept. will
be available for vehicle inspection at these posted times. It is a must that ach exhibitor adhere to schedule. Please call us if this is a
problem. ALL VEHICLES SHOULD REGISTER LESS THAN 1/4 TANK OF FUEL. All gas caps (including outside vehicles) will be locked
or taped.
MOVE OUT
All vehicles will be removed from area after 11 p.m., Oct. 23. All display property should be out by 5 p.m, Tuesday, Oct. 25 .
